Bad News and Good News

First of all I want to thank everyone who has stopped by and left such wonderful comments on my blog as well as over at the Moda Bakeshop - I really appreciate each and every comment!

Now for the bad news . . . I can't believe how many of you gals who left me such beautiful comments are set to - NO-REPLY.

I would love to reply to your comments, but I can't. {insert a very sad face here}. So we can't let this continue . . . we CAN fix this!!!!

What is a NO-REPLY blogger?

You may not even know that you are a NO-REPLY blogger. But don't worry!  Follow these instructions to see if you are a NO-REPLY blogger:

1.  Sign in to Blogger and bring up your Dashboard or Profile Page. Click on EDIT PROFILE.

2.  In the third box down (SHOW MY EMAIL ADDRESS) there should be a check mark in it and then scroll down some more; see the section titled IDENTITY. See the box labeled EMAIL ADDRESS. Your email address should be in that box.

3.  If there is no email in that box or if you don't have the Show My Email Address box checked. You are a NO-REPLY blogger.

So here's your assignment for the day. Check your PROFILE. Are you a NO-REPLY blogger?

Use the instructions above to make sure your email is in your profile, and email me with your comments before tomorrow night to get in on the giveaway for the little tablerunner.

If you want to remain NO-REPLY, just please remember to put your email address in the body of your email.

Now for the good news . . . for all you bloggers who do have an email associated with your blog - YOU ARE MOST DEFINITELY IN THE DRAW!!!  Actually your chances just may be better than you think because of the number of NO REPLY comments that I received.  Of course these gals still have a chance to get their actual addresses to me if they leave me a comment before tomorrow night.

There is also some medium good/bad news - for anyone who is set as NO REPLY and if one of your names is drawn, I will still post the winners name and then place a deadline for them to respond to me.  If there is no response then I will have to redraw and repeat.

So good luck everyone . . . pop over and check your profiles!!!!

Now on to other news:

If you get a chance to head over and take a peek at this over at the Green Fairy blog make sure you stop and drool on this photo . . . I wish I could machine quilt like that!!!
Also - don't blame me if you pull out your credit card - you won't find any better pricing on pre-cuts around . . . I LOVE this site!!!!

AND . . . have you ever played Holly Jolly Bingo?  It is so much fun and it's back again for the second round!  But be quick . . . it starts tomorrow so get over there and choose your words and get registered and ready.

See you Saturday . . .

Okay, I was guilty as charged and didn't even know it. Thanks, Marlene, for the little lesson. Currently applique is not high on my list of priorities but I can see me doing this pattern. Lovely spring feeling on a dull winter's morning.

Hi, Marlene. I don't have a blogger account so I guess I am a no reply. I am the northerner dreaming of Christmas in Wawanesa with my daughter. I definitely want my name in the draw for that gorgeous table runner so I will leave my email. If I really get into this blogging I will create an account but not at this time. A aneufeld@mailme.ca

It is very frustrating at times when there is no way to respond to some peoples questions...

I guess I am a no reply gal. I love your quilt and saw it on Moda. I've now added you to my blog list. I am new to blogging and hope I'm doing this right. Keep up the great quilting and thanks for sharing. I've always wanted to make a basket quilt but have been too intimidated. You make it seem doable. Enjoy your holidays. Louise
