and it’s so pretty! Now I need to find a good recipe and just see how good this convection cooking technology is. Anyone have a recipe that they can recommend?
I can even show you the inside of my oven . . . this would never have happened with my old one – way too embarrassing! Love the blue interiors on these LG ovens . . . just something a bit different. Still nowhere near as exciting as a new sewing machine would be – but fun just the same.
I’ll be back later with my road trip photos and also my list of PhDs.
‘til next time,
M.

The convection oven is great for cookies. You can cook several sheets of them and they all cook evenly because the heat is not coming from the bottom. It's also great for bread. I love mine and would hate to go back to a regular oven. Pizza is better without the convection though. The crust gets crispier.
How fun! It looks like a beauty.
Woohoo good for you! Yay..... 8-)
You will love the convection oven, as Joyce says!
Happy cooking/baking!
Hey Marlene, yay for you...when I bought my convection/flat top 7 years ago I loved it then and I still love it now...your's is adorable with the blue interior - what a nice touch. Bake anything, cookies, chicken roast and you will be in aaaaaaawww...congrats!

Beautiful. We also love our convection oven. Haven't yet tried cookies, but it is really great for everything....and takes far less time & energy than traditional cooking!
Try roasting a cornish hen. You'll love it!
